REFUNDS
Policy for the Return of Original Paintings
Don’t love your new artwork? If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package.
Unfortunately, after 7 days of receipt, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for commissioned pieces or custom portraits.
